Sipro's service team are there to support you. Our experienced engineers have extensive knowledge and training across a wide range of robot types so that you can be confident we’ll get the job done. We take pride in delivering our services according the tightest schedules while maintaining the highest standards of work and an unblemished health and safety record.

We can support your project all the way from pre-installation planning, providing documentary risk assessments and method statements through to post commissioning service and maintenance of your robot system with the minimum amount of fuss and cost.

All of our systems are provided with remote access units to enable remote support and enhance over the phone diagnosis and support effectiveness. It is a switched system so we only gain access when you switch us through locally, for greater peace of mind. Optional cameras can be added that take a snapshot of the last action should a fault occur to provide further visual support to our engineers. The service is free* throughout the warranty period, which can be continued annually thereafter for a small annual fee.
