Butchery
Butchery was the first type of machinery we offered. Up until the 90s every town / village had at least one butchers shop. Almost every butchers shop would have a mincer, mixer, sausage filler and a vacuum packer, many would have a bandsaw. We started to source and offer machines from Europe in the late 70s and still work with some of the same manufacturers today. We now also source much larger equipment for central producers that provide butchered products to the supermarkets. We offer both preparation machines like mixers, slicers, forming, coating, frying and packaging machines like thermoformers and traysealers. Recently we notice more small artisan producers, as small, local quality, craft product demand grows we see some traditional equipment seeing a demand again.
Why not call and discuss your requirements to see how we can help you.

In our early days as a service company found our work diversifying through recommendation from Butcher to Baker. As we learnt more about the industry and visited trade shows we partnered with some bakery equipment suppliers. Much like the Butchery industry every village once had a baker, as this changed and bakeries also became central production for supermarket supply so did the range of equipment we offered.
Such as
- Sausage fillers
- Grinders and mixer grinders
- Burger and meat ball forming
- Meat tumblers
- Fresh and frozen slicing and dicing
