    Sipro inherits The FMC Group’s UK service support which is core to the groups activities. Having started as a service company in 1973, those values remain a valuable commodity in supporting Sipro’s customers nationally and across the entire range of equipment we provide.

    FMC Group engineers are all fully multi-platform trained engineers and receive regular safety training via our online accredited training programs.

    All Sipro systems are fitted with remote service access units to help solve system programming issues, resolve settings or miss-selected control functions, perform system diagnostics and to better inform our service engineers should they be called upon.

    Sipro fully supports all newly installed systems with practical and classroom operator training and providing optional ad-hoc on the ground support during the first days or weeks of system operation.

    With a range of preventative maintenance and service options available Sipro ensures systems we supply receive cost effective and rapid support to ensure you return to production in the shortest time possible.
