At FMC we have a highly experienced team of service engineers to support after sales whether that is maintaining the machinery to perform at its highest capabilities or attend any emergency breakdown. Our aim has always been to continue to improve upon our levels of customer service to exceed customer expectations. Our technical support over the phone can respond quickly to any issues you may have with our equipment. Remote technical support for an additional cost is also available with our new production lines.
We hold an extensive range of spare parts in stock for all of our machine supplied. As standard we can dispatch stock items to be with you next working day (Mon to Fri) if ordered before 14:30.
Pro-active and preventative management for any individual machine or complete production line is vitally important to maximise productivity and reduce downtime. Hence we offer our new and existing customers a tailored service contracts. On our service contracts you will have guaranteed response time, reduced on site and travel rates and most importantly being prepared for the unexpected. Under the contract we include yearly general service. All parts fitted by our experienced engineers comes with a 3 month warranty.
