What does a client visit entail?
“A client visit can take many forms depending on the client’s needs. Normally a visit falls into one or a combination of the following forms:
- The client has identified a need for automation in a particular process or requires a bespoke machine. In such instances Sipro will arrange a site visit to evaluate the existing process and discuss any relevant technical information and client objectives.
- The client has identified a need for automation but needs assistance to determine how it could best be deployed. In this case Sipro will initially visit site in a consultancy role undertaking a walk around of the site to identify where automation would be most beneficial. Having identified a need we then follow the principals identified above.
- Other reasons for a visit to a client’s site vary from design reviews, robot simulation reviews, presentation of priced solutions and many other reasons. We also encourage clients to visit Sipro at our Rochester factory to evaluate systems under test and/or our facilities and resources.
We always encourage clients to send through any information they have before the visit. This allows our application engineers to be optimally prepared to get the best out of each visit.”
